Returns & Refund Policy

We stand by our product and want our customers to be satisfied with brixtarps however, if you were not satisfied with your shoes or need help with a return we would love to help out by offering these two options: store credit or refund.

Store Credit

All full-priced orders (or those placed with a discount code) kept in their original unworn condition and packaging are eligible to be returned for store credit within the US. Once you've received your order, you have a 30-day window to request a return for store credit.

To request Store Credit, please follow the instructions below.

Refund

All full-priced orders (or those placed with a discount code) kept in their original unworn condition and packaging are eligible for a full refund within the US. Once you've received your order, you have a 30-day window to request a refund.

*Any item that has been worn, altered, damaged, or washed will not be eligible for a refund. To request your refund, please follow the instructions below.
  • If you have received defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise, please contact us directly at info@brixtarps.com
To begin your return process follow these instructions:
>> Make sure the product is in its original, unworn condition. The brixtarps can be re-used and resealed for shipping your return.
>> Enter your Order # and Email found in your order confirmation and select the items you wish to return .
>> Select whether you wish to initiate store credit, or a refund.
>> Once you begin the return process, you have 2 weeks to send the order back before the return window expires.
>> You will receive a notification with your refund confirmation as soon as your order has been received and processed by our Returns Center.
>> If you have any questions or receive any errors trying to generate your label, please feel free to reach out to us. Please note: Any item that has been worn, altered, damaged, or washed will not be eligible for a refund. All items returned in a used, worn, or altered state will be automatically sent back to the customer.

>> Please return your package via a trackable method to the address below. Be sure to include a copy of your email receipt (or a copy of your shipping confirmation email, and your order number) in your package.
